It is a good idea to purchase shipping insurance, even though most packages have tracking. If after a package is shipped and a claim is filed with the United States Postal Service for loss, even if it has tracking, we are NOT responsible for lost or damaged products if insurance has NOT been purchased.
We will do everything in our power to package, label and ship your order, but the USPS has been known to lose even tracked packages.
If insurance is purchased, it is non-refundable.
We can insure domestic packages of any weight. However, Canadian and other International packages must weigh over 4 lbs. in order to ship with insurance. If you are not sure of your order weight, please contact us and we will let you know.
Insurance may be purchased after your order has gone through, but before it has shipped. Please check with us on your order status.
If you require more insurance than the listed amounts, please contact us. The insurance indemnity limit for parcels to Canada is $675. Insurance may not be available to all countries. If this is the case, your insurance payment will be refunded.
Insurance claims will be paid at the actual value of the package. |
